The Van der Valk family has been a household name in the Netherlands for more than 150 years. The home-from-home feeling for both the employee and the guest has been central since the beginning. Since 2016, the Netherlands has had a beautiful branch: Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen - Lent. The management is formed by Marije van der Valk and her partner Thijs Boomkens. They built the hotel according to the standards of the BREEAM Excellent certificate. In combination with the Green Globe certification, the location on the Waal is currently the most sustainable hotel in Gelderland!

Hotel Nijmegen - Lent has 116 hotel rooms in various luxury types: Comfort (corner) rooms, Comfort family rooms, Comfort disabled room, Sky rooms and Suite 'In the Clouds'. All rooms come standard with a Nilson bed, small refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities, flat screen television and climate control. During your stay you can make free use of all facilities.
Culinary
The kitchen brigade of Hotel Nijmegen-Lent provides daily breakfast, lunch & dinner under the guidance of chefs Niels van Niersen and Nik van de Coevering. We work with seasonal, pure products, often regional and where possible organic. It is also wonderful to stay in Lola’s Bar! Our experienced bar staff will be happy to prepare many types of gin & tonics and cocktails. Accompanied by surprising snacks you are assured of a tasteful evening.

With 12 rooms and excellent accessibility, Hotel Nijmegen-Lent is the perfect location for organizing meetings, both business and private. The facilities in the plinth building can accommodate groups from 2 to 450 people for meetings, conferences, training courses, dinner buffets (Live Cooking), receptions and parties.
The rooms are attractively furnished, equipped with modern audio-visual equipment and of course various configurations are possible. The special boardroom "Cloud 14" on the top floor offers a spectacular view.
